DPM is a longtime member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), a national
organization representing community associations nationwide. Members of the
staff regularly attend educational seminars offered by CAI in order to keep
current with rapidly changing issues facing community associations both
statewide and nationally.
DPM continues to explore new avenues to meet the ever-changing needs of our
